Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Sahraye account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

Delete it in the app

The fastest way: open the Sahraye app, go to Account → Security → Delete account, and confirm. You're already signed in, so nobody else can do this for you.

Can't open the app? Request it by email

Email us the phone number you registered with. Before deleting anything we send a one-time code to that phone number, and only delete the account once you read the code back to us:

Request deletion by email

An email alone never deletes an account. The code to your registered phone is what protects you from someone else requesting deletion in your name.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, phone, email, photo) and login credentials.
  • Saved addresses, in-app messages, ratings you posted, and profile/verification photos.
  • Your uploaded documents (e.g. CNIC/licence images) for driver/courier accounts.

What we may retain

We may keep a limited record of completed transactions (orders, trips, bookings) in de-identified or legally required form to meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. These records are not used to identify you after deletion.

How long it takes

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once complete.
